1/11（月・祝）にtriniteCBDオーナーのわたくしアイーシャと、美肌体操セラピスト富岡幸子さんとのコラボで「CBDバームで美肌セルフマッサージセミナー」を開催しました。

実はセミナーという形で人前で話すのは初めてでしたが、伝えたいことはしっかり伝えられたのではないかな？と思います。

幸子さんのセルフマッサージは、その場で効果を感じられるほどの内容で、Zoomを通してなのにお肌診断までしてもらえて普段のケアにすぐ取り入れることができるのがよいところ。

CBDは奥が深いので話そうと思えば何時間でも話せてしまうのがある意味難点（笑）今回は30分という短時間だったので、おもにCBDとは何か？や効果効能についてお話させていただきました。

We held our very first Self face massage with CBD balm workshop on 1/11!

Since CBD products are not well known in Japan yet, we started the workshop with a small "What is CBD?" seminar.

This was our very first seminar we ever held! But we guess we did good since I always think and learn about CBD so it was quite easy to explain and lecture.

Still, CBD world is too big to know everything and we couldn't explain all of them in 30 minutes! So we focused on "What is CBD?" and "How does it work", which most people are interested in.

Sachiko, who is the teacher of self face massage, made the workshop the best! We can feel the difference right away and she even told us our skin condition through Zoom! 

It's good to be told skin condition  from professional and we can make use of it on our daily skin care.
